We’re one of the first breweries in the region experimenting with beer souring techniques. We like lactic acid a lot and we would like to invite you to our very first event dedicated to this funky bug that makes your beer tart.
Marsas – one of the busiest bars in Vilnius old town will be hosting our party. We’ll destroy some myths, talk about sour beer tradition and modern trends and enlighten you on what’s common between sour ales and yougurt. You will also become a part of the record – three different sour beers will be tapped at Marsas:
Raspberry gose (salt, raspberries);
Sour pale ale (bright acidity with very fruity Citra and Equinox hops)
Tart ale (our new slightly tart pale, brewed with passion fruit).
