We have never experimented with Belgian fermentation and hops. Until now. This high grav- ity ale is brewed with some extra sugar to help to dry it out. Traditional Belgian Abbey yeast is responsible for the fermentation. Complex fruity esters and phenolics go well with citrusy profile from the hops
