This beer was brewed during the most colorful brew day that we have ever had. We used 18 kilos of pink and white marshmallows to make it special. Malt base with large proportion of wheat and oat flakes makes this beer cloudy and full bodied. The lactose bumps up the creaminess effect. Before boiling the wort we let our own lactobacillus culture to have some fun with it. We dry hopped this hazy beauty with insane amounts of the best smelling hops that we had on our hands. Flying in a face of all traditions we additionally loaded it with marshmallows and natural vanilla extract. The result is sweet and sour hazy and juicy NEIPA with hints of vanilla.

This beer was brewed in collaboration with Bakunin brewery from Saint Petersburg.

Food pairing: sour desserts.

The best beer brewed in Lithuania in 2019 according to the Ratebeer.
