Ingredients: malted barley, malted rye; Citra hops; Fermentis W34/70 beer yeast; water.

This pilsner was brewed using traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast. We have decided to take it further and use a tiny bit of malted rye in the mash. It adds an extra crispy taste and creates slightly bready aroma. Citra hops balance the bitterness and contribute to a lightly citrusy nose.
