Ingredients: barley and wheat malts, oat and wheat flakes; lactose; raspberries; hops; yeast; water.
This beer was born out of an idea of a hop dessert. We brewed this hazy and creamy IPA exploding with bold character from Mosaic, Citra and Enigma hops that were used in whirlpool and two dry hopping charges.
We added lactose in the last minutes of the boiling process to create a bit of sweetness that enhances creamy mouthfeel of this beer.
After the fermentation was completed, this brew was infused with frozen raspberries. It gives this beer its pinky appearance, adds a fruity dimension to the aroma and balanced sourness in the aftertaste.
