This brew is a collab with our friends at Drama burger. They asked us to liquify they amazing pastrami meat into beer and we agreed.
The backbone of this brew is German beech wood smoked malt and rye. The rest is left for the spices that blend really well with the overall maltiness of this brew and hit you in the face the first thing when you get your glass at the bar.
Btw, we took a task of making this beer very seriously. Did you know that Sussman Volk, who is usually mentioned as a guy who made the very first pastrami sandwitch in New York in 1887 was an immigrant from Lithuania?
Food pairing: pastrami sandwich.
