Ingredients: Pale ale malt; Cascade, Marynka, Saaz, Freda hops; Wyeast 1056 yeast; water.
We celebrate autumn with our hop harvest ale, brewed with our own hops exclusively. Marynka, Saaz, Cascade and Lithuanian Freda were all used in this one seasonal brew.
The base malt was lightly roasted in our Italian style pizza oven.
Food pairing: young cheese, fish dishes. Pizza, burger, hot-dog. Just make sure you do not pair it to something overwhelmingly spicy to let the delicate hop profile shine trough.
