Let’s talk about summer beer trends. We would like to put our focus on spicy and phenolic traditional Belgian Saison style. We expect to celebrate upcoming warm season by brewing a few different Saison beers. All of them will be brewed with some special twist to them, because f*ck traditions is what we do best.
So the first Saison was done by putting a crazy amount of sliced cucumbers to the secondary fermentation. Crazy? Maybe. Tasty? Yep! Enjoy this liquid alko-salad.
