Ingredients: Pale ale malt, wheat malt, flaked oats, lactose; flaked coconut, vanilla extract; Mosaic, Citra hops; Safale S-04 yeast; water.
This beer was born out of a hop dessert idea. We brewed this hazy and creamy IPA exploding with bold character from Mosaic and Citra hops that were used in whirlpool and two dry hopping charges. Lactose in the last minutes of the boiling process creates a bit of sweetness that goes well with creamy mouthfeel of this beer. After the fermentation was completed, this brew was infused with some natural vanilla extract and coconut flakes that have been toasted in our Italian style pizza oven.
