We worked on mimicking cocktails in beer before. But this one is special even for us. Our love for sour beers always asks us to push our boundaries even further when we think of what to add to the acidic beers that we make. This time we have decided to explore the unknown horizons and pay tribute to the country side area where we are based at. We have decided to make sour tomato ale. Based on that, we thought it would be nice to create something close to Bloody Mary cocktail. That’s why we used some smoked malt, salt and spicy peppers on the way.
